        • What Qualifies: Deliver service that impresses the customer to the point they give a 5-star rating.
        • Your Gain: Each 5-star review nets you +50 tokens.
    • Late to Office:
      • 5 minutes late = -50 Tokens
      • More than 10 minutes late =  -100 Tokens
      • Key Point: Punctuality matters; tokens deducted based on how late you are.
    • No Uniform = -50 Tokens:
      • Key Point: You must wear your uniform to work every day.
    • Receive a Bad Review = -100 Tokens:
      • Key Point: A customer’s negative feedback due to poor service leads to a significant point deduction.
    • Claim/Damaged Item = Loss of Points for Damage Claim Amount:
      • Key Point: If you damage an item or cause a claim, The claim will be settled at $0.60 per pound per item. And the equal amount of tokens will be deducted.
    • Last Minute Call Out: In the event you call out without providing cover, the company will use your bonus tokens to incentivize someone else to cover your shift. Up to the full amount of tokens earned.
      • Key Points: If you need to call out last minute, it is your responsibility to help find cover.
    • No Show, No Call: Lose All Tokens.

    • Claims For Damage: We deduct an equal share of the cost of the claim at $0.60 per pound per item.
    • Failure to Collect Payment: All Bonus Tokens are lost.
        • No Negative Balance: You can’t go below zero points. You only lose what you have earned.
        • Pay Security: Your pay is not affected by the point system. No deductions from salary for negative points.
        • 10 Tokens = $1:
        • Key Point: Tokens have real monetary value and contribute to bonuses and rewards.
        • Bonuses are paid on a monthly basis: Paid on the first payroll of the following month.
