Your Hometown Mover LLC offers a client referral program that awards a non-employee referrer with a commission fee on their referral’s completed move. The following conditions must be met for the referrer to earn their commission fee:

  • This program does not apply to employees of Your Hometown Mover, Please refer the employee referral program for more information about referring clients.
  • The referrer’s referral must move and complete their paid services with Your Hometown Mover LLC. If you refer a friend and they don’t move with Your Hometown Mover LLC, you do not earn a referral commission fee. Referral fees are only paid on completed and paid in full moves by Your Hometown Mover LLC.
  • All referrals must be submitted through the Your Hometown Mover LLC affiliate program web form. If you referred a friend via email to Your Hometown Mover LLC, you are not entitled to a commission fee. If you referred a friend verbally to Your Hometown Mover LLC, you are not entitled to a commission fee.
  • If you qualify for a referral fee, the referral fee will be sent to your submitted mailing address within 30 days from the date the move has been completed and earned.
  • The method of referral fee payment is strictly via certified bank check, which will be sent to you via Your Hometown Mover LLC to the mailing address provided by the referrer via the referral program web submission form.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC offers a 5% referral commission for Long Distance on the total and paid invoice for any out of state moves, out of New York.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC reserved the right to change the commission fee at any time, and or cancel this commission referral program.
  • The method of referral fee payment is strictly via certified bank check, which will be sent to you via Your Hometown Mover LLC to the mailing address provided by the referrer via the referral program web submission form.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC offers a 5% referral commission for local moves on the total and paid invoice
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC offers a 5% referral commission for Long Distance on the total and paid invoice for any out of state moves, out of New York.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC reserved the right to change the commission fee at any time, and or cancel this commission referral program.
  • The referred customer does not earn a commission or discount on their own if they are referred to Your Hometown Mover LLC via this program. If the customer quotes a promo code during their booking process they can earn a discount on the move.
  • The referee who earns a commission fee cannot apply that commission fee as a credit for any future moves or services from Your Hometown Mover LLC. Nor can it be applied as a discount to future services of their or any contacts of theirs.
  • Suppose the referred customer has an open or pending claim with Your Hometown Mover LLC which could result in a loss of earned revenue and damages. In that case, Your Hometown Mover LLC reserves the right to not pay the referrer their commission fee as no revenue has been earned. Your Hometown Mover LLC with discretion may pay the refer a flat commission fee of $50 dollars if their referral has an open and pending claim, no matter what the original percentage fee that could have been earned was without a pending claim.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC does not under any circumstances honor any referrers web referral submissions forms, emails or calls for a referral commission after the referral’s booking move date/time – the date/time which the deposit and service agreement have been signed. All referrals are to be made prior to the referral booking their move with Your Hometown Mover LLC. Your Hometown Mover LLC will not pay or honor any referral commissions fees for referrals made post the referrals booking date.
  • If a referrer makes a referral that elects Your Hometown Mover LLC storage move in services, that is the only storage job service that the referrer will earn their commission fee for, if all referral conditions are met. Your Hometown Mover LLC will not pay the referrer any referral commission fees on other storage service job types such as storage move out services or monthly storage fees associated with that referral customer. Only the original and single job type of storage move in services can a referrer earn referral commissions.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC will not honor referral commission fee payments to referrers who have been found in violation of any local, state or federal laws or regulations. If a referrer has been found in violation of any local, state or federal laws or regulations, Your Hometown Mover LLC will not pay or honor any referral commission fees to that referrer.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC will not honor referral commission fees to referrers who have been found to be in violation of Your Hometown Mover LLC terms of service. If a referrer has been found to be in violation of Your Hometown Mover LLC terms of service, Your Hometown Mover LLC will not pay or honor any referral commission fees to that referrer.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC will not honor referral commission fees to referrers who have been found to be in violation of Your Hometown Mover LLC code of conduct. If a referrer has been found to be in violation of Your Hometown Mover LLC code of conduct, Your Hometown Mover LLC will not pay or honor any referral commission fees to that referrer.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC will not honor referral commission fees to referrers who have been found to be in violation of Your Hometown Mover LLC non-disclosure agreement. If a referrer has been found to be in violation of Your Hometown Mover LLC non-disclosure agreement, Your Hometown Mover LLC will not pay or honor any referral commission fees to that referrer.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC reserves the right to terminate this referral program at any time, with or without notice. If this referral program is terminated, Your Hometown Mover LLC will not pay or honor any referral commission fees to referrers.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this referral program at any time, with or without notice. It is the responsibility of the referrer to stay informed of any changes to the referral program. If the referrer continues to participate in the referral program after changes have been made, it will be assumed that the referrer has accepted the changes.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in this referral program. Your Hometown Mover LLC is also not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged referral commission fees.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the affiliate program web form submission process. Your Hometown Mover LLC is also not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged referral commission fees resulting from errors or omissions in the affiliate program web form submission process.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the affiliate program email submission process. Your Hometown Mover LLC is also not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged referral commission fees resulting from errors or omissions in the affiliate program email submission process.
  • Your Hometown Mover LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the affiliate program telephone submission process.
