Here's How it Works
- Submit your Referrals: Use the Employee Referral Form on our website to submit your referrals for future moves. No bonuses can be claimed for past or already scheduled moves.
- New Customers Only: Referrals should be new customers who are not already in our database. Movers cannot refer themselves or anyone they have previously moved.
- No Abuse: We will audit referrals to prevent fraud, like referring fake customers or manipulating job details. Movers found violating these rules will be disqualified and could face further action.
- Fair Play: Referrals must be made before the first contact or booking with the customer.
- Program Integrity: We can modify or discontinue this program at any time. In case of widespread abuse, the program could be cancelled.

Here are the simple steps to unlocking the benefits of our Employee Affiliate Program:
Identify Potential Referrals: Find potential customers who need our moving services. They must be new customers who have not yet scheduled or completed a move with us.
Access the Form: Visit our website and navigate to the Employee Referral Form.
Fill Out the Form: Complete the form with all necessary information about the potential customer. Remember, providing false information will lead to disqualification from the program.
Wait for Confirmation: Wait for confirmation from us. If the customer books a move and it is successfully completed, you’ll earn your referral reward!

Submission of Referrals
All referrals must be submitted via the Employee Referral Form on our website. No other method of submission will be accepted.
Referrals are only valid for future moves that have not yet been booked or completed. Referral bonuses cannot be requested for past moves, or for moves that have already been scheduled or completed at the time the referral is made.
Providing false information on the referral form is considered a serious offense and will result in immediate disqualification from the program, and may lead to further disciplinary action.
Validity of Referrals
Referrals must be new customers who have never previously used our services or are currently in our database. We reserve the right to cross-check all referred customers against our database.
Movers are prohibited from referring themselves, either under their own name or using different names or contact details.
If a mover is involved in a customer’s move and the same customer has another move within a short time period, this will not count as a referral.
Preventing Fraudulent Referrals
Movers cannot refer someone living at the same address or someone with the same last name without prior approval from management. This rule is meant to prevent family or friend referrals that may manipulate the program. Legitimate referrals falling under this category need to be validated.
Any referrals suspected to be fake, inflated, or manipulated in any way will be audited thoroughly. Movers found submitting such referrals will be disqualified from the program and could face further disciplinary action.
Each customer can only be referred once. Repeated referrals of the same customer are not permitted and will be considered a violation of the program rules.
Ensuring Fair Play
A referral can only be claimed by a mover before the first contact or booking is made with that customer to prevent customer poaching between teams.
We discourage the practice of grouping several small jobs to make them appear as a single large job for higher rewards. The scale and type of move will be determined by management based on the actual job performed.
Program Integrity
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this referral program or discontinue it at any time with proper notice.
All decisions made by the company in respect of the referral rewards, the interpretation of these rules, and any matters related to this program are final.
Program Abuse
Any abuse or manipulation of the program is strictly prohibited. If any mover is found to be violating the rules of the program, they will be immediately disqualified and could face further disciplinary action.
In case of widespread or systemic abuse, the company reserves the right to cancel the program entirely to protect its interests.
